What’s the role?
• Supporting and maintaining client relationships
• Providing system training for our product range
• Working with our field engineering team
• Updating our CRM system
• Create an ongoing pipeline to manage and nurture

• Previous customer support experience is not essential as full training will be given in the role, however candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
